"We asked that a different email be used on 9/4 as i no longer have access to the email used. No acknowledgment of this was received. Again we asked on 9/22, the day before our checkin, that you use our new email provided. Absolutely no response to our request, no one responded to our request or answer the "emergency" no. We received the passcode by text, and a response TO that text went unanswered as well.
Extremely disappointed. Will not use Vrbo again."
