“We had a terrible stay at the Westin on St. John. Unfortunately, this luxury hotel gave away our room even after I had called to confirm that we would be one day late due to airplane issues and we understood that we may have to pay for that night. When we arrived on St. John and went to the desk, we were told that we had been a no-show and they gave away our room. Luckily there was one studio left, but we had paid for a two bedroom. We never received the difference in the price of the room. On……

I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. ”

“Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there. “We had a great time here. Lovely location. It was close to beaches, right next to Chalk Sound (which is beautiful) and Sapodilla Hill. Make sure you take the boat ride offered here. It was so much fun and worth the price. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. We would definitely visit again. ”
