「Line for check-in was long and slow. Only one employee while they knew it was a busy weekend in the city. Phone in the room didn’t work, so I tried ordering room service by a phone on the hallway. Waited for half an hour and got down to the lobby to find out the kitchen just got closed without dinner for my son. So I had to order Uber Eats by 11pm. Very irresponsible staff.
