“Line for check-in was long and slow. Only one employee while they knew it was a busy weekend in the city. Phone in the room didn’t work, so I tried ordering room service by a phone on the hallway. Waited for half an hour and got down to the lobby to find out the kitchen just got closed without dinner for my son. So I had to order Uber Eats by 11pm. Very irresponsible staff. The girl in the morning was very kind to take my claim and said she was going to pass it to the manager. The A/C was……
