The entire team at the hotel deserves praise—the staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food was consistently good with plenty of options, and every meal felt like part of the experience. The swim-up room was definitely one of the highlights again! My daughter absolutely loved it—honestly, she barely wanted to leave the pool the entire time. It added that extra layer of fun and luxury to our stay. "I have never paid so much for drinks, food and everything is an extra cost. I would never recommend Baha Mar to anyone. I travel a lot and stay at lots of very nice hotels and resorts but I can not recommend this place. Very disappointed considering the amount of money we spent. "

"The first thing that turned me off from this place was the glass partition in the bedroom that looked directly into the bathroom shower area. We had a few problems in the room that required maintenance to come. The pool areas were excellent, always clean with plenty of chairs. The activities people were great. Lots of fun there. There is several restaurants on the property. Most were just ok. The best was the Asian restaurant. The beach was nice, plenty of chairs there as well. The service staff there was great. Very friendly and quick. "
