“The room was clean and comfortable; however we woke up to no running water in the bathroom. Too bad i found out after the release of my dinner at 7 a.m. I see someone cleaning the rooms and ask about the water, but he isn't fluent in English and shows me a message on his phone that the whole building water was off and they had no idea on when it would come back on. “I had an amazing stay at Hotel Plaza De Armas Old San Juan in Puerto Rico! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Old San Juan and close to everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, but what truly made the experience special was the excellent staff.
