"First of all, This is my first time going to Bahamas and staying at the Hyatt hotel East side was the perfect choice, The staff is very helpful, I met 2 ladies that work at the kiosk on the beach side her names Natishca and Aja.What a wonderful human being are these 2 ladies. Well in general very satisfied with the Hyatt hotel."

"Location and beach access were fantastic. The island was experiencing water issues but the staff handled it fantastically. The only issue was cleanliness. There was a pretty sizable spill outside the elevator on our floor that was not cleaned up in our entire stay. Our room was in definite need of a deep clean, and the pools consistently had debris in them."

"Beautiful Resort Nice room with a beautiful ocean view 3-4 Outdoor pools Swim up pool (Bar closes early @ 5pm or 6pm Restaurants were clean and all the food items we ordered were good Excellent drinks Beach has plenty of chairs and beds Various water excursions- on beach property super convenient Local stores is 8-9 minute walk"

The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and a special thank you to Laura at the front desk for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience, and we look forward to returning in the future."
