「The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street. 「The next room of ours was extremely noisy one night, they were drunk and they spank the door and shouted loudly at the corridor. The hotel should have phones inside each room for guests to communicate with them at anytime. Otherwise everything is just perfect and is good value of money.」
