“Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked”

“This place was great I was staying here with a friend I had not seen in 30 years, we wanted to be together so I picked this apartment it was perfect. It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after.”

“Wonderful location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Home was clean and beautifully decorated in a true New Orleans vibe. We spent many hours out on the deck enjoying the NOLA weather. Kitchen was very well stocked and all passwords worked well for Wi-Fi. Hosts Michael and Marcia was very responsive to any questions and were available for any issues. We will definitely be back!”

The location is perfect for exploring the Garden District, and it’s easy to get to the French Quarter and downtown. The owners provided high quality supplies and thought of everything. “Can’t say enough about this place. It was fabulous bigger than expected. Super clean and tidy the host lives on site saw her twice was friendly, but not impeding on our time. The location was fabulous. We took the street car into Bourbon Street so we didn’t have to pay for downtown. Parking bed was super comfortable was nice to have a kitchen so we could make breakfast each day. Bathroom was clean and the outdoor space looked fabulous although we did not utilize it at all it was cute and it……

“A home is a home, but this one was a jewel for it's location. We reserved a parking spot a couple blocks away for the weekend. Checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on Sunday. We were able to walk straight out the front door and across the neutral ground to experience the best parades in the world. Plenty of eating options close by with a couple of handy bodegas for essentials let us enjoy the weekend without the car. As a plus, the staff in the pizza restaraunt downstairs were incredible.……

“Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly.”

“The studio was nice and clean, and the A/C worked extremely well, which is key in New Orleans. The area is improving but not the greatest. Being near the streetcar is really nice though and there are a lot of walkable places nearby.”

“Enjoyed the property and location of the property for the wife’s birthday “staycation”. Only issue we had was upon arrival. Code for front door did not work, room was 85° because thermostat was set to heat and there were some termites inside due to balcony door not being shut all the way. Not quite sure how I feel about the phone call received a day after booking and paying in full to ask the reason of our stay and to ensure we were not having a party since we were locals. We would book again……
