“Summary of Incident: I booked a family suite through Expedia for my family of five, expecting the accommodations I paid for after a 12-hour drive from Houston, Texas. “To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“The stay was great. Bed was good. I have a bad back from a two story fall so for me to say any bed is exceptional but my own will be a stretch but I didn’t hurt, hips Mor, back so it’s a good thing! Breakfast was really good. Enjoyed the eggs, bacon and waffles. The friendliness of the staff was TERRIFIC. The upstairs hallway by the elevator has a very weird wet smell but the room smelled great. “We stayed here after hiking Carlsbad Caverns and one of our favorite places to stay on our trip. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and staff was great. Great location! Easy to walk to couple fast food options, but close to everything. Good food options nearby, easy to drive to and out of here.”

“Parking lot was good and easy. The swimming pool had a closed sign. Only amenities was coffee in the room. Beds were comfortable.”
