“Room too hot-no ACC. Room could do with an update. Breakfast not good. Poor orange juice and awful coffee. Poor quality sausages. Public areas decent and car parking good. Overpriced as very much a 3 star hotel. Location good for M4 access.”

“Good sized hotel with Spa facilities. Friendly staff at reception and the bar/restaurant. The meal at the restaurant was good, fairly pricey though. Plenty of parking and a 25 min walk to the centre of Llanelli.”

The host looked after us in every single way she could, and her kindness truly made a difference to our holiday. The room was bright, spacious, and filled with fresh air and natural light — perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My family really enjoyed the peaceful environment and the cleanliness of the property. We will definitely return……

“You have to pay for parking £5 for 24hrs then claim £2 back at the bar, this is not mentioned. Accommodation bath handles loose,peeling wallpaper gaps round window. Had to ask for a fan in heatwave which the lady on reception did find. Food standard. The fact they had delivers during the night meant little sleep as room overlooked carpark.went there 10years ago and was looking forward to returning i know wisk I had gone else where. Some staff where pleasant others not so much.”

“Lovely, clean property”

“Receptionist was so rude on arrival she didn't know about our booking and made me sign a piece of paper with print too small to read before giving us the key to our room. Telling my concerned partner that it was something to do with being added to marketing list for emails. When we paid for our room my partner & I expected to be able to use all the facilities described on your website. However we arrived to find the hotel full of drunken wedding guests. Empty beer bottles were all over the place……

“Period property with unusual layout. Excellent cooked breakfast plus dinner menu. Plenty of parking on site. Very helpful Landlady. Wifi didn't during our stay but apparently a network engineer is booked to redo the whole set up.”

“Arrived earlier, was able to access room. Room was lovely, modern, spacious and clean. Lovely white linen, fresh white towels. Only downfall, it's on main road so noise of traffic is loud. Had a view to the sea”
