「Updated rooms. We have been traveling North and this our place to stay. It is quiet. Rooms updated new furniture and carpet. New tub/shower with granite sink top. Staff are very efficient. Never had time, but do have an indoor pool. Value for your money. Just off I-71. Fast food one exit before if going to I-75」

They offered us a trip bag when we checked out with goodies we would need on the road...i.e. water, snacks. The only downfalls were one elevator was out of service which just left one to operate for the entire hotel, the pool had visible brown stains which made it uninviting and a few of the exterior doors were broken so you couldnt enter with your key. 「The owner was lovely and very friendly. The hotel was right up my alley, I love anything to do with history. Very clean and well maintained for such an older building. The view of the river is amazing. I didn’t see much of the town, had a long drive and left early the next morning.」

The kids enjoyed the pool (lots of chlorine), the parking lot has EV charging stations, breakfast was good, just juice machine out of order.
