"The entire building needs renovation. Water leak marks in the room ceiling. Tub faucet with slow constant dripping. Breakfast at 6a. 6:15-6-30 dining still close. No breakfast. Stayed 5 nights same everyday. Only donut served. McDonald is nxt door if you want good coffee in AM. AC works ok. Bed is ok..Sheets and towels clean. But they don't straightened or make bed when cleaning. Just take garbage. What you pay is what you get. AJay is professional and friendly and welcoming Needs to hire a good English speaking staff. Property close to everything - fast food, Walmart, gas station.and I-71."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. There was live entertainment in the evenings and a continental breakfast. The experience was so enjoyable we booked a room for the fall to come back and see the area again."

"This is a perfect place for 2 people for a visit in Madison, IN. Contactless check-in/check-out was seamless, the room was spotless, parking was available right in front of the building and close to all Madison has to offer. It is similar to a small studio apartment, meaning it does not have a separate bedroom, but is divided by the faux fireplace. One thing we would have liked in the kitchenette would have been a toaster. Other than that, it had what we needed(coffee, microwave, smaller refrigerator). The bathroom is very spacious with double vanities and a very large shower. The building overall is very nicely renovated as is the room."

"There is no elevator at this 2 story property. The only queen/queen rooms are on the second floor. If you need accessible rooms, your only choice is a single king room as that is what is available on the first floor. Breakfast was ok; Belgian waffles (make them yourself), yogurt or cereal, toast, Cheese omelet was available (premade and had to be microwaved), juice, coffee, or 2% milk, and bananas. Decent hotel for the price."

"The pool was closed. The shower had black stuff on the wall and the curtain above the ac unit appeared to have burn marks. The staff was nice."

"We had a wonderful stay! We especially enjoyed fishing in the pond and relaxing on the beautiful property. John was very kind and helpful. We spent a day at Louisville Zoo, visited Clifty Falls State Park, and did some shopping and lunch in Downtowj Madison. It’s a great area for a familyvacation! Would absolutely recommend this property to others. "
