“If you’re looking for the cleanest, the most comfortable, the best kept property, and privacy THIS IS ABSOLUTELY the place! It was an immaculate experience. My advise? Buy the breakfast - and yes get it delivered to your cabin. It’s 1000% worth it. Daniel is an AMAZING chef. Be sure to stop in to the office for homemade treats each day. Dora is so welcoming and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple’s retreat. We’re excited to come back someday!!”

“We had been to Bonneville Hot Springs Resort before it closed about 10 yrs ago and although the building common areas and surroundings are still beautiful, it was really a shell of its former glory because it has been left without proper care. When we got to our room it was dirty - you could tell the room had just been rushed through when being cleaned. There were crumbs on the bed and dirt in the bathroom corners and the carpet had stains and was grungy and needed to be steam cleaned. The……

“The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.”

“Great spot! Remote and with great views of mt hood! Lots of amenities, games, entertainment, and great food at the restaurant ! Smores provided. Fire pits . Comfy seats to watch the sunset. The tents were perfectly sized and the beds were comfortable.”

And the worst part is I only stayed 1 day! I had never imagined that a Best Western Hotel could have an upscale hotel but I was wrong!! Great Job!”

“Every thing was clean, attractive and comfortable. The towels were thick and the bathrobe was very nice. My only complaint is parking. There is only street parking and during the hours that you have to pay at the parking meters you have to pay every 3 hours. You can do this with an app. I parked about 4 blocks from the hotel and later, after dinner, I was able to park only a block away.”

“The cabin was very clean, and communication with the hosts was excellent. They responded quickly and were very helpful throughout our stay. However, the amenities could use some improvement. The check-in process was more complicated than expected due to the amount of documentation that needed to be uploaded. Additionally, the checkout time was too early. With a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM checkout, it felt like there was very limited time to enjoy the cabin beyond simply sleeping there.”
