「We were so impressed with our stay - this coming from someone who stays at 4 and 5 star hotels regularly. The price is unbeatable for what you get! The rooms are clean and recently remodeled, the sounds and views of the stream are lovely, the breakfast is good, and we enjoyed using both the pool and the fire pit. Located right in the center of pigeon forge but felt very private. Highly recommend.」

「Only problem was we didn't stay here long enough! Only about 6 hours total due to having a different hotel booked months ahead of time but arrived in Pigeon Forge ahead of schedule and ended up at the Ramsey! Breakfast very good and front desk staff checking in and out was wonderful, no complaints. Wish we could've stayed here for remainder of trip but couldn't cancel other hotel....next time in Tennessee will definitely come back to the Ramsey!」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at The Wayback. Our room was very clean and welcoming. The room came with a couple bottles of water, Café Bustelo k-cups, decaf coffee, and hot tea k-cup options. We were given cards that could be redeemed for complimentary palomas at the hotel bar. We only stayed two nights, but I was very pleased that they do still actually come make you bed and replenish towels, coffee, and take out the trash daily. So many hotels seem to only do that upon request...
