“After talking with agent early in the week before our arrival and requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor unit none was available upon check in and notes were in the system. Checked into a 1st floor unit: kitchen appliances were dated, carpet needed cleaning, after walking on it for less than 30 minutes bottom of feet were black. After a rain storm on Monday water leaked inside from the sliding glass deck doors and soaked the carpet. We made the management aware of the problem and maintenance say all they……

“We loved staying here. The property was amazing, our kids loved being able to ride around on their easy rollers. All the people we met were very friendly. It was a wonderful place to stay when having fur babies as well. Plenty to do without having to leave the resort. “I loved ourbstaybat this property. I do wish there was a way for VRBO to make you aware of what your view will be. Didnt go onto porch because our view was of a busy highway. There was no fireplace which was ok. The only cleaning issue was hair in the shower and a dirty coffee cup in the cabinet. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay again. I willbsay that I did not appreciate the bossiness and rudeness of the lady that gives you your bands. I told her politely 3 times that I was……

“We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. Check-in process was effortless and I appreciated the fact when I told them I didn’t want to sit through the time-share meeting they never brought it up again but they were super helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. The room was exactly as described and super clean. Our favorite part was the jetted tub in the master room, we used it multiple times a day! This was a spacious unit and didn’t feel like a “hotel”. “This was a resort that sold timeshares, BUT we didn't know that. During the check-in process, the receptionist said she couldn't program our keys so we had to go to the other side of the lobby to get the keys programmed by someone else. Then the person responsible for getting us our keys offered us a free vacation if we would just listen to a 90 minute presentation. We told her NO four times. “Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. Highly recommend. ”

“The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise.”
