“This was a very convenient property for attending Dollywood. There were a few small things in the home that I would improve such as tightening the loose toilet that slams into the wall when you use it and add a blanket that fits the sofa bed, This home fits two people comfortably, but there was no room for our dog crate and we had to store our bags in the car since there is no where inside to keep it.”

“Beautiful property and despite coming during the worst week of weather in the winter, everything worked out well. Kelly was responsive to any questions or accommodations we needed for to the weather. Would definitely stay again. ”

“It was a nice place. Only complaint- The downfall is the rooms are not sound proof. I heard my neighbors loud and clear, whether they were yelling or banging pans around. It sounded like they were right in my room. ”

“Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less……
