“We stayed at this hotel for one week in February 2026 and were very pleased with our experience. The staff were very polite (we would like to mention Any, Brian, and Omar) and provided excellent service. We especially noticed the cleanliness of the hotel; the room and bathroom are very large. The breakfast was very good and varied. It is also worth noting the rooftop terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the city and the ocean. “I had a LOVELY stay at Hotel Casa La Mantilla by Faranda Boutique. The staff was friendly and inviting and helped me with my bags to my room due to there not being an elevator (if you cannot easily walk up stairs you may want to reconsider staying here). As soon as I arrived I enjoyed the quaint pool surrounded by tropical plants...super refreshing in the Cartagena heat! My room had a queen bed and a balcony facing the street. The room was clean, modern, and inviting. The sink and shower……

“The property is well located, easy to walk everywhere. Leonardo and Jesus at Reception were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. They were great with my 7 year son. Greeting him by name and always smiling. The rooftop pool is an oasis with breathtaking views — an incredible, relaxing space. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. Excellent choices on the buffet, delicious coffee and made to order eggs and waffles. Kelly at the restaurant was super attentive.……

“Casa Quero is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in a great location that is close to many shops snd restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast had fresh fruit and orange juice everyday. I chose a made to order omelette each day which was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!”

“The pool was amazing, but the rooftop hottub was not hot, it was just another small pool. the Staff was amazing and took care of us from the start :). the breakfast was basic but good enough for being included. I would recommend for the aesthetics more than anything, I wasnt a fan of the room floorplan. ”
