Mostly only Spanish spoken. My broken Spanish and couple of staffs English got us through. Little things like safe not working, they couldn't fix but nice rooms, grand ceilings, expensive for tourist area.

I had such a great stay. all the workers were so kind. The housekeepers, the chef, and the young guy that checked me in. Also such a great spot everything is so close and walking distance. Will definitely book again next time I go to Cartagena
