「Overall, the hotel is really good. They are in the middle of a renovation period, so the spa and gift shop are not available. It will be great when it's all ready. The facility is good right now, the staff is excellent, breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are well-kept.」

「The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

We tried many things off of the breakfast menu and enjoyed it all. Lunch and dinner was a bit different. 「We got the suite with the balcony. The views are unbeatable. The pool was well-maintained and there's direct access to the beach. Dann is always a reliable choice in Colombia. Breakfast can be improved, but I got a surprise cake for my birthday. The staff are lovely. Highly recommended and deccent value, considering the high prices of hotels in Cartagena.」

Not worth it. The service was mmm. I had amazing aid from some employees but a really bad attitude from others. Still plenty of room to better things」
