「First of all, the staff... They were amazing! At reception: María—"the prettiest girl in the whole complex"—Miguel, Kevin, and Tuval... Thank you all for your excellent customer service! In the restaurant, Valme and the waitstaff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The entertainment team was great fun; they had us laughing and dancing. Jessica, at the boutique was very friendly, helping me out to pick some presents for my friends and family... The food was delicious... We really had...

「Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena. From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were. At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well. During every hour of day the staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommend it.」

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...
