“Don’t stay here. Staff is slow and sucks, restaurant staff is even worse, if you try to walk to the beach you will get hounded by locals right behind the property. I’d never stay here again”

“I was charged 20% when I reserved online but when I arrived neither Expedia nor Holiday Inn responded for the payment. They blaimed on each othe and I had to pay in full. A total rip off. ”

“El restaurante muy malo, el desayuno no estuvo mal pero un día nos quedamos a cenar y nos fue muy mal, nos pasaron una ensalada con tomates dañados, y en general la comida pésima. Adicional una noche tuvimos un malestar que asumimos podía ser una fuga de gas, pedimos cambio de habitación lo cual fue atendido, enseguida mejoramos.”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Bondo! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The receptionist gave us such a warm welcome that we instantly felt at home. The rooftop bar was one of our favorite spots—the atmosphere was amazing, and the ladies who served us were truly incredible. They were always smiling, friendly, and patient. Even though I only speak English, I wanted to practice my Spanish while visiting Colombia, and they kindly helped……

The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss.
