“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“The hotel is very clean and budget friendly. Rooms have a fridge. Breakfast is nice, the usual eggs and arepa. Staff very friendly. The staff are helpful to organize tours, taxis or other activities. We had a negative experience in that I booked the superior double room and our friend booked the standard room. We were given the room with the tiniest bed and my friend got a king size bed for 1 person. After I complained we got our upgrade”

“10/10 highly recommend! This was a great experience. The person who checked us in was extremely helpful. I believe her name is Leyda. She was extremely patient with us (language gap) and went above and beyond to help. She even helped us lock on an uber to help us get to our cruise terminal. The feel was very exquisite but the price was extremely reasonable. Also, the purchased breakfast voucher was an added bonus. The food was AMAZING! Highly recommend the French toast and waffles. Adicional una noche tuvimos un malestar que asumimos podía ser una fuga de gas, pedimos cambio de habitación lo cual fue atendido, enseguida mejoramos.”
