Spectacular apartment in H2, 20th floor!

One-bedroom apartment on the 20th floor of one of Cartagena's most exclusive complexes. It features a master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious living area with a sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy a large terrace with a dining table and incredible views. The beach is just steps away, and the pool offers stunning ocean views. A shopping mall is located right below the complex!

All guests must wear wristbands upon check-in and throughout their stay. This is to identify them as guests of the building. IMPORTANT NOTE: In accordance with our policy, if the provided savings card is damaged or broken, a $100 USD charge will be applied to cover replacement costs. This measure allows us to maintain the quality of service and resources available to all our guests. NOTE: Please be advised that the adult pool will be closed from Monday, February 10th to Friday, February 14th, 2025, for the continued installation of the heating pumps.

Welcome to your perfect urban retreat. This spacious and stylish one-bedroom apartment offers the comfort you're looking for. It features a cozy double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for couples or small families. The impeccably finished bathroom provides a luxurious experience with its hot shower. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. For moments of relaxation, enjoy the terrace with a barbecue/grill, perfect for entertaining and cooking outdoors while watching the sunset. A space designed for rest and relaxation.

Only pre-registered guests are allowed in the building. No additional visitors are permitted. Guests have access to the pool area and the gym.

Upon your arrival, I will ensure that everything is perfect for your stay. My staff and I will be at your complete disposal 24/7.

The Bocagrande (Big Mouth) area contains the bulk of the city's tourist facilities, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, to include El Laguito (The Little Lake) and Castillogrande (Big Castle), two neighborhoods. Bocagrande has long beaches and commercial activity found along Avenida San Martín

Transportation is easy to get on this part of Cartagena. BocaGrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. Lots of great restaurants, hotels, stores and only a 7-10 min drive to "La Amurallada" or the city center.

Never met Property Manager Luis

You know, I would have given this place a 5 star rating if it were not for the issue I had with parking my rental vehicle and not meeting Luis the manager or returning my messages and calls to resolve this! Very unprofessional on his part in my opinion. Parking was supposed to be free during my 14 day stay and I wound up paying for 3 days. I had to go to the Condominium Manager onsite and have her try calling whoever was in charge of administrating the apartment to get my issue resolved. We were finally able to get a hold of someone to resolve the parking issue with her help. As for the money I spent on the parking, well they compensated with an extra day of cleaning. Aside from this, the entire staff and security guards were extremely polite and willing to help you with anything. The condo is beautiful with everything you need and nice mall right next door. The supermarket is right there as well and you can even take your groceries in the shopping cart right to your apartment which was very convenient. The pool and gym facilities were awesome and never crowded. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable with a balcony and great view! If it rains beware when you exit the Condo, the streets flood something terrible every time it rains.

This condo had an amazing view and was very clean and convenient. Do keep in mind that there are NO visitors for any reason. So if you have friends there they can not come visit.

Great Spot

What a great location! Just outside the old city of Getsemani, you can walk the main road toward Bocagrande or take an 8min taxi to the visit old city. Nice pool and facilities; however, the city is constructing another roadway so the beach was not accessible in front of the condo (Bocagrande is not far). The condo was clean and felt like home away from home with a nice view of the ocean facing the naval base. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Spectacular location. Incredible views.

Our condo on the 20th floor overlooking the naval base and cruise ship terminal was such a great place to enjoy watching all the activities of this bustling harbor. I really appreciated the morning sunrise and the very welcomed evening shade. Cartagena is hot hot hot. The air conditioning worked fantastic to cool the place down when needed. H2 is a very well run community with friendly staff going the extra mile always to make you feel welcome and very secure. The place was absolutely spotless at all times. Pool area was wonderful and quiet. ( the pool overlooks the Caribbean side of the complex so gets the afternoon sun, so we were in good shade until noon) The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and just as the pictures show. Bed is queen size and very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and very modern. Kitchen is good and functional but could use a few accoutrements such as a toaster. We stayed for a month so just bought some extras for cooking. Filtered water is available through the fridge. We always went out for dinner because Cartagena. Wow. Such incredible restaurants everywhere. I had no idea it was such a gastronomical Mecca. H2 sits atop plaza Bocagrande. This mall has four stories, including a whole story dedicated to dining, either in great affordable restaurants or a wonderful food court. There is a well stocked supermarket on the ground floor and cinemas playing new releases on the top floor. Hollywood films were in English with Spanish subtitles- a good way to practice Spanish- which is very very handy in Cartagena. My Duolingo only took me so far ( but Cartagenans are gracious patient listeners:) The beaches of Bocagrande are being transformed over the next year or so. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a beach you can swim at since our beach was behind barricades and fully under construction. It’s an easy walk. The walled city is 15 minutes walk the other way. Taxi rides are plenty and very very affordable. Bocagrande itself is a very vibrant neighborhood with great shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for stays of a week or more as it’s close to the action but far enough removed that you have peace when you need it. All in all a great place in a wonderful historic city.
