「I loved to stay in Hyatt but the only thing is that they need to communicate better with the housekeeping staff and maybe can change the bathroom system because when we went to the bathroom at 3am the lights came on automatically . Otherwise everything was wonderful!!」

「The Hotel Voila Centro Historico was a wonderful venue. It's located inside the walled city of Cartagena. The lobby and restaurants are beautiful, clean, and inviting and the food is tasty and delicious. The rooftop bar was a beautiful place to have a drink and take in the lovely view of the city during the day and at night. 「We stayed at Hotel Casona del Colegio from July 9–14 and overall had a wonderful stay. This charming boutique hotel is beautifully decorated with lots of character. Our room with a private balcony and hot tub was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect—within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, bars, and many attractions. Despite being in the heart of Cartagena, we slept very well. A few issues kept this from being a 5-star stay. I noticed two small roaches in our room...
