No breakfast buffet and the breakfast they did serve was mediocre at best. Four slices of burnt stale toast for two people. No variety of foods. They don’t even give us water. Had to ask for butter and salt and pepper. Completely unprepared. Located on a busy street. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Don’t waste your money. 」

「Very nice property on the backside of the Walled City (away from the noise and hustle and bustle. A booked a getaway with my mother and aunt. We had a great time. Very cleaned property, location is convenient to everything, room was very nice with two separate bedrooms and full bathrooms. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cartagena.」

One of the employees Santiago was very informative and helpful when we first arrived. We arrived early before check in but he kept us updated when the rooms were going to be ready and helped taking our bags to our rooms. I do wish they had a laundry room. 「We found the hotel lovely and in a great location but very strict with allowing friends or family to visit. We had no hot water for a few days and phone to call main desk wasn’t working. Overall very comfortable room and great breakfast 」
