"Room was clean and good amount of space for a triple. Awkward layouts in the shower made it difficult to open and close the door. Toilet area is quite small as well but fairly standard for Europe. Grocery store across the street and very central location to all the sites. 20-25 minutes walk max to anything we wanted to see. "

"Negative: The room was quite noisy. You could clearly hear street noise, especially at night when trying to sleep. It was also possible to hear water running through the pipes when other guests flushed, as well as noise from the rooms above, including furniture being moved. Positive: Great location, very close to the Madrid Metro station at Puerta del Sol and several cafés. It’s also a very nice area for walking and exploring the city. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the room was comfortable. The hotel also has a café where you can enjoy a continental breakfast."
