"Clean and nicely decorated hotel with great location near sites and metro. Breakfast was great, good quality and variety. Service/staff was the best. Ms. Serena at the front desk was most courteous, accommodating and professional. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time in Milan. "

"Dirty! All the hotel is dirty, the reception, the elevator, the carpet, the rooms, the bathrooms, everything. On top of that, the rooms were not as advertised in the pictures on the internet. We ended up changing for other hotel."

"Amazing place. Location was really good as it was a short walk to Milan Cathedral. Metro station just outside. Really convenient. I thought rooms were all separate but they aren’t.. wasn’t an issue for us, but helpful to know. Water, toothbrushes etc were provided which was lovely. The only downside was that the tv didn’t work and the plug sockets didn’t work very well. We had to share one socket between three of us. Hosts were very helpful and allowed us a later checkout and bag storage free of charge. Super friendly and responsive. Would recommend. "

"Good hotel overall. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they are very particular on where you sit in the restaurant for breakfast though. Overall room was fine and the location is convenient to shopping and the cathedral. "

"It’s my second time. This time however internet was not very good. Besides this little detail, excellent stay for the money ! Train and subway walking distance, shops, cafes, historic points at walking distance… will definitely come back! "

"Great hotel! Very clean and kept up well. Staff was friendly during check in and helped with calling a taxi when I needed it. Breakfast was very basic though. Only warm items were scrambled eggs and bacon. Mostly offered pastries, which I am more of a savory breakfast person than sweets. The only other thing I didn’t like was the cleaning person knocking on everyone’s doors telling us that she plans to “clean the room later”. I was only here for 1 night and wished she didn’t wake us up to tell me that even though I was checking out that day. Otherwise, highly recommend. "
