“The elevator was out of order and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs other than that it was great. ”

“Horrible experience & wont be back. Room was filty disgusting on arrival. Garbage behind every single surface in the room. Pull out couch was ripped to shreds and did not work. Toilet paper holder was half hanging off the wall. Toilet itself had never been cleaned. Room only had 2 towels. Breakfast was limited, juice machine broken, etc. ”

“I have Mixed feelings about this property. Everything was clean and spacious. ,however the concrete floors are a bit much for my liking! Looks like they pulled up carpet and just left what was underneath exposed! Ladies bring slippers or socks for your feet!”

“Hotel and service was great. Took one star off because it was HELL getting to the hotel because of all the road construction. Not hotel control but if I knew I would’ve booked other side of town. Very stressful at night when they shutdown the exit during the night. ”

“This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main……

“The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Absolutely wonderful hosts! Rooms were a bit small as usual yet nicely appointed. I stayed here due to pricing at the Mayo but based on the friendliness and price... I may have a new hold over in Tulsa! Good job for whomever is hiring these folks.”
