“Cute little place to get away.”

“The condo had everything we needed. Sameena had attention to details and it was decorated very nicely too. The pool right off the back door was a big hit and it was very clean. Nice views from the house. The private beach was lovely but yes very steep incline as was mentioned. The golf course was a must. Since it was a property shared by others you could hear the neighbors somewhat and wish there would have been an outdoor space. Perhaps convert the tiny table on the porch to two chairs and a……

“We loved this apartment. Perfect location, easy to get into and very clean. There was just one thing we would have liked added to the space: an additional bolt lock located high up on the door for added security. We have small children that could reach the door knob and lock, so it would have given us peace of mind to have an additional lock out of reach. “Our family of 5 (two adults, three teens) absolutely loved our penthouse stay! We were in town for our nephew’s tennis tournament, and wanted a better experience than a hotel room. This is one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless and gorgeous! The highlights were the jacuzzi tub, the sunset views, and the cozy couch with the candle vibes! We never even turned on the tv, we just enjoyed talking, reading, and relaxing! We enjoyed a gigantic pizza from Benny’s, a steak……

“Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response.”

Some parts are in the closets*black mold is growing on caulk in shower*black mold is growing on torn molding behind toilet*shelf is shower is broken and missing*towels are well worn and frayed--you can probably get new nice towels for 50 on amazon*closet in master bedroom has dirty sheets in it*blinds……
