Our balcony door was jammed and would not open.we drove at night and its literally on topof the mountain with no guard rails. "For such an upmarket hotel it was a little disappointing that there was no fridge in the room. Given its location, being able to store cool drinks in the room would be an advantage. The ironing room needs to be upgraded. It was the size of a closet and the ironing board needed a new cover. If you’re not going to provide an iron and a board available in the room then an ironing room needs to be better."
