“Habitación grande y muy cómoda.”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GHL Arsenal. From the moment we stepped in from the heat, Alfonso made our stay extra special by greeting us with a lovely welcoming smile and a cold, delicious mixed fruit drink. It was perfect timing and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was a la carte with lots of options and the happy hour drinks helped to end the day. The rooftop infinity pool was by far, the highlight of our stay. The incredible views of Cartagena's harbour were perfect up……

“I had a good experience, the room was clean, customer service was friendly and helpful. They even let me leave my bags and use their lobby for awhile after I checked out. The breakfast was pretty good and the rooftop area was cool to hangout. Only thing I would complain about was the noise, you can hear Club music late night. But this was expected, it's a busy tourist area. Bring earbuds or just don't come to Colombia if music brothers you lol. Overall I thought it was great value and I look……
