「Absolutely outstanding service from reception staff thru car valet bar staff waitress room service. Super clean place, dining 5 star. Cannot fault this place at all. Location is superb for city seeing. Only one down side was a bit noisy neighbours up above our apartment - but that’s not a hotel fault just lack of manners from some. 」

「Being in the center of town, you can walk to so many things. We were here for Halloween, so it was perfectly located within walking distance to the walled city and the parade route. Staff were extraordinary, especially Franchesca (the hardest worker) and a woman in the breakfast room who made each person feel very special. Wish I knew her name.(Wire rim glasses)」
