Welcome to this fantastic 2-bedroom house in Praia Verde, just a 5-minute drive from the beach.
As well as 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house also has a 2-storey terrace overlooking the trees down to the beach. Also overlooking Altura, just a 5-minute drive away. Here you can cook a meal on the grill, enjoy it at the picnic table or simply bask in the sun and good weather on the sun loungers.
This cozy house also has a patio at the back with a seating and dining area.

Enjoy a memorable stay in the Algarve in a place where everything has been thought out with care and detail.
The apartment consists of the following elements:
- A living room with a dining table and access to the patio;
- A kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals;

Wonderful Property & Location

The property is really big, can easily accommodate a big family. All the amenities were there and the rooftop terrace is excellent for privacy and sunbathing.There is a little mould issue throughout, but I’m sure they’ll get that remedied soon, for the sake of the property. We would certainly stay again.
