“The location of this hotel is exactly why i booked it - having the traditional, famous tram 28 and 12 cruising right next to it. Of course there would be sound from the tram but i was not bothered at all, rather, I found it charming. The room was very clean, staff was friendly. However, it's hard to commute to the hotel with luggage because from train or metro station, there is only the unspacious tram and one route of bus (it operates with small coach instead of an actual bus). “We enjoyed staying at Francisco' place. The apartment was bright and comfortable. The property manager Antonio was very helpful not only on our check in but also on the day of checkout. We accidently left one backpack in the apartment and Antonio came to the rescue to open the door for us retrieving it. It happened on Sunday in the early morning. We really appreciated his help. Both Francisco and Antonio cared about their customers. We will stay with them again when we visit Lisbon.”

“Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Lisbon! The hosts were extremely attentive and made our check-in process effortless. They sent a detailed WhatsApp message with clear instructions on how to enter the property and how to get there — which was incredibly helpful, as the apartment is located at the top of a hill. Their tips about the nearby elevators were much appreciated and made arriving with our bags much easier! We thought the location was incredible — just a stone’s throw from the castle and……
