"Perfect location! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops & museums. The staff is what really made me fall in love with this hotel. They are super kind, attentive & are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a memorable stay! "In the evenings there are 3 restaurants with a nice variety. Also, room service. We went to restaurant on the second floor and were seated and given menus BUT when we wanted to order we were told we had to leave and go eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Very Rudely told. there were other people sitting there eating...no explanation just we don't serve that here.... maybe it was the time...but why give us a menu that you aren't serving. The down stair restaurant is more for evening dining and more expensive meals. Was not expended. Even a smile would have helped or an explanation. We speak perfect spanish so wasn't lost in translation. Otherwise an amazing hotel. Clean and comfortable. Reception was amazing. Also so thankful for the shuttle bus, although not easy to find section G at the airport. No signs on the inside. We were quike a group of confused people worried we were waiting in the wrong spot. "

"Well, let’s just start with o real rating - they advertise themselves as 5 star hotel but by average American standards it’s between 2-3 There no traditional hospitality standards we are all used to ( Vegas , NYC , Miami , Boston ) equivalent to 5 stars Rooms are very small and odd shaped , bedding is Ramada Inn quality , no tubs. Heating or TV were not working in our room and staff did not care to come and fix it Pricing of more than 400$ per night is ridiculous and frankly insulting Anyhow - don’t get lured in by the location , no direct access by uber or taxi , and so called roof top is just a tourist trap They let anyone from the street come and use it so you don’t have any privileges as a hotel guest Expedia should be checking more careful properties before advertising them to its patrons "
