Large, beautiful condo

This is a beautiful apartment! The deck has a great view. Our only problem was that we did not have a car, so getting around was tough. But if you have a car, you will enjoy staying here.

Es hat uns sehr gut in diesem Apartment gefallen. Großzügige Räume mit allem ausgestattet wie zu Hause. Klimaanlage, Küche und die 2 Bäder sind vorhanden und wir haben nichts vermisst. Dieses Host ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes großes Appartement

Die Lage ist direkt neben einem kleinen festen Rummelplatz. Für Rssen,Snacks, Getränke ist also direkt vor dem Haus abends gesorgt . Trotzdem nicht zu laut im 6.Stock. Die Elektrik ist interessant und lustig, aber ungefährlich ;-) Das Klavier auf den Fotos gibt es nicht mehr. Freundliche Betreuung und hilfreiche Tipps. Schöner Ausblick Richtung Hafen und Inselbucht. Leider ein Hochhaus im Blick , trotzdem toll. Saubere Anlage, freundlicher Pförtner.

L'ospitalità siciliana di casa Rotolo

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (adolescenti e una piccola di 2 anni) per 10 giorni in casa Rotolo e ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e ci ha aiutato anche x un problema che abbiamo avuto con l'auto....la casa era pulita, fornita di tutti i confort e aveva una vista sul mare meravigliosa! Nelle vicinanze ci sono un supermercato, bar, farmacia, discesa al mare.... Tutto perfetto. Ci torneremo x finire il nostro giro in Sicilia: una terra fantastica!

Schöne Wohnung in der Stadt

Wer jenseits eines Touristenressorts eine authentische Wohnung in der Stadt sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem umzäunten Häuserblock nah am Meer und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Sie ist charmant eingerichtet und wirkt persönlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Ein Urlaub mit Aussicht

Das Appartment hat Potential. Sehr große Terrasse, die leider zum Teil gesperrt ist, wohl weil der Eigentümer zeitweilig dieses Appartment bewohnt. Daher sind auch einige Schränke nicht benutzbar. Die ist auch nicht nötig, der Platz ist ausreichend. Die Küche erreicht man durch das Bad und über die Terrasse. Es ist zwar eine Kaffee- Kapselmaschine vorhanden, aber niemand konnte uns sagen welche Kapseln benötigt werden. Also nehmen wir die Caffetiera. Die ist sehr klein, also mehrmals Brühen. Das Feuerzeug für den Gaskocher mussten wir selber kaufen, das vorhandene Feuerzeug war leer. Das Appartment ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn der Service besser wird gibt es nichts mehr auszusetzen. Als negativ haben wir empfunden, dass keine genaue Wegbeschreibung gegeben wurde. Die Anreise vom Flughafen hat sich als sehr schwierig erwiesen. Eine 2. Rolle Toilettenpapier wäre empfehlenswert. Wir mussten neues Papier kaufen und die restlichen Rollen zurücklassen. Naja, den nächsten Gast wird es freuen. Der Service ist ausbaufähig, dann ist dies eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse. Sehr gefreut hatten wir uns darüber, dass uns Cristian noch zum Bahnhof gefahren hat. Vielen Dank dafür. Liebe Grüße von Rolf und Doris

Vue sur la mer !

L'appartement avec vue sur la mer est très propre et fonctionnel, la terrasse est très agréable, nous avons eu la barrière de la langue avec la propriétaire, le jour de notre arrivée son amie française nous a accueilli et nous a donné quelques informations sur les visites. l'immeuble est entouré d'immeubles, la vue sur la mer est très sympa.

Appartement simple et grand. Relativement bien situé (â 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Catane).

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du frère de la gérante, Cristian qui parle très bien le français. Il a pris du temps pour nous expliquer les endroits à visiter, à Catane et dans les environs. Il nous a conseillé de bons restaurants et des spécialités. La pièce de vie, cuisine_ salon est sur la terrasse. Cette organisation des pièces surprenant la 1ere fois est intéressante car elle sépare bien le lieu du jour et celui du soir. A proximité d'un supermarché ( on y va à pieds) c' est pratique. La location permet aussi de bénéficier d'une place de parking sécurisane.

Nice Flat and giant rooftop

We had a wonderful staying at the apartment and enjoyed the rooftop so much in the afternoon and evenings! Christian gave us the keys and every information we needed during our stay. He is very kind and very helpful! The apartment is a good spot starting your daytrips in every direction around Catania.

Dejlig lejlighed på 7. Sal med skøn udsigt fra den store terrasse. Vi nød at sidde der både morgen og aften. Lejligheden havde at hvad vi havde brug for. Vi fik fin service i forhold til gode råd om seværdigheder. Rart at vi havde egen parkeringsplads.

Super Domizil in der Stadt mit wunderschönem Blick auf Meer und Stadt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt während unseres Aufenthalts in Albas Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Das Arreal ist von einem gesicherten Parkplatz umgeben und der nächste Supermarkt nur 200 Meter entfernt. Alba hatte uns ein "Welcome" Geschenk mit sardischen Spezialitäten bereitgestellt. Obwohl wir erst um Mitternacht ankamen und früh um 5:30 wieder fuhren, fanden wir mit Alba eine gute Lösung um an den Schlüssel zu kommen bzw. ihn abzugeben. Catania ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Ost- und Südostküste zu erkunden. Die Dachterrasse ist klasse und wir haben viele Sonnenauf- und untergänge beobachtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen!!!! Merci Alba!!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Très joli appartement, propre avec une belle vue sur la mer. Un plus c'est le parking sécurisé. L'environnement calme, avec nombreux restaurants et cafés. Pensez peut-être de mettre un peu de sel, poivre huile pour les personnes venant par avion. Pour que ça soit parfait, pensez de faire insonoriser la chambre par rapport à votre appartement (ça sera un confort pour vous ainsi que pour vos locataires). Rien à dire par rapport au prix
