「We had a lovely sea view room with a shaded porch seating area. Room servicing was excellent apart from reminders to renew coffee sachets occasionally. Staff overall were excellent especially in the pool area which they worked hard to keep to a high standard of service, and also reception. At breakfast, some staff did not seem that customer focused, possibly due to limited spoken English. Breakfast items tended to be limited on choice after 09.00, even with an advertised closure time of 10.00....

「Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. 」

「Overall a good hotel, location and amenities. It’s not the most modern, but the pool/bar area are 1st class and the staff very friendly and attentive. Good location for Catania, 10min Uber into downtown/ Metro station. Great views of Etna, ask for pool/sea view room (even no’s). Quality breakfast. The rooms are large, but dated and the hotel fascia could do with a fresh lick of paint. Plenty of local bars/restaurants near by and amazing food/wine for bargain prices.
