“由Palermo 的 SAIS 巴士到 B&B, 大概3小時車程，從車站行到B&B只需5分鐘。b&b有本地遊資訊提供，我地報了火山團，交遠接送而且導遊英文很好，後來我們在街中再報了其他包車遊，司機不懂英語而且收費很高。早餐很滿意，房間床也很舒適，報置、空間大小都好，唯獨洗手間未如理想，洗手間的渠有嚴重臭味傳到房間，未知是由沐浴的地方或者廁所傳出。下次不會入住。”

“I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. “This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was.”
