“It was walkable to restaurants and hiking trails. It was nice that we could park the car in the garage. The hotel is a little outdated, our bathroom shower was a little clogged took awhile to drain the water. ”

“Great location to the slopes, bus stops, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast and soup for lunch were a plus as was the pool and hot tub. No frills but everything you need for a skiing trip ”

“It’s our second time staying at the Durant. The staff is so kind and lovely, the breakfast is pretty great for continental and the lobby feels like a second family room. Love this hotel!”

“Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.”

“We loved our stay at The Residence Hotel. The hotel is super convenient to Aspen Mtn for skiing. The gondola is less than a 10 min walk! The room was spacious which we appreciated with our 2 dogs. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed having a little kitchen to make coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning. We will certainly stay again when visiting Aspen.”

“The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.”
