「The ocean view was great; however, despite the resort pictures showing you could walk right out onto the beach and access the water, you could not because of the sargassum seaweed. There was a dock for water and boat access. Our room was sufficient, but the entire resort was a little run-down. We went without water one day, and went without hot water for two whole days. Staff on site were excellent and enjoyed the daily breakfast either sitting on the porch or at the tables set up by the pool. 「I turned the AC off while I was not in the room and would turn it on when I got back. The room cooled down very fast. The room was clean and the rain shower head was so relaxing after a day in the sun. The staff will help arrange golf cart rentals and direct you where to get dinner but the BEST dinner I ate was at Jacks Poolside Bar. The owner is a chef and his food is delicious, makes a great breakfast as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you don't care about having an ocean...
