「I was told the pool was 24 hours but when I went out I was told it was close. I was grateful for laundry service but the housekeeper doesn’t know how to fold cloths so it was just balled up. 」

「When you book on Expedia you are not treated the same as you book directly. Do not rebook spa services because if you want to cancel they don’t allow it. The security told me my mother and 16 year old daughter if we left the stray dog at the resort they would kill it so I loaded it onto golf cart and took to ferry. I did address with night manager and they said they wouldn’t kill the dog but who knows. Security walks around with a club and is very intimidating. The beach itself was murky...
