“Wow. I could not have dreamed of a better weekend getaway. This was seriously the most beautiful villa. The view from it was picturesque, it looked fake! I would wake up in the morning and just stare at the view. From the grounds of the villa you can see the city center of Volterra, and the greenery surrounding. “In general a very basic hotel. I booked a Junior Suite (as the booking price then was the same as a standard room, but bormally it’s not). The extra space though did not contribute in any way to more comfort, actually just a greater distance to the small and worn out bathroom. Don’t get fooled by the pictures, the “decor” in the room not very appealing. Breakfast was the worst I had so far in Italy. My Spa appointment was cancelled by them half an hour after it was confirmed. Pool-area was……
