「Awesome stay and close to our venue.」

「Great stay!!」

「Location was great」

「Do not receive any check-in formation until I texted the host day of. I got a code to the door but no instruction as to what door, where to enter the property or where to park. Then the code didn’t even work for the duration of the stay. I had to lock the interior door and the exterior door remained unlocked…. The people living upstairs were shouting at their kids half of the days, but at least got quiet around 9pm. No heat/AC controls just some space heaters. Also the main entrance to the...

「Perfect location for cute Uptown Marion. We will definitely try to book next time we come to town.」

「Great location. Nice open floor plan. Good communication with host. Clean. New appliances. Nice bathrooms. Easy access to building, elevator and apartment door.Note only 4 parking spaces for 8 unit building. Was never an issue. Additional parking about a block away. Street parking seems readily available.Would like to see some handy info in the unit - perhaps a tent card. List Wi-Fi info and give a sentence or two of instructions on use of thermostat, dishwasher, electronic front door lock and...

「Very creative unit with updated amenities in a fun and thriving section of Davenport. Host did a good job communicating access and parking options and everything worked as intended. Highly recommend this property!」

「Cute property right next to the college. Would stay again.」

「This is my second stay here at Andrew's Place. It is comfortable and charming as well as roomie! We loved it!」

「Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed.」

「Great time. Got to visit this great city and stay right in the heart of it. Will be back.」

「Always enjoy our stay at a Nelson Loft. Great location! 」

「I wouldn’t recommend this property. The property had a very, very strong smell of marijuana in the entry way and all through the apartment we stayed in. It was so strong we seriously considered getting a hotel room. Also linens were very limited-no hand towels and 3 towels for two people for a two night stay. Also, the furniture was very scarce and the kitchen table was about to fall over! And, no small appliances such as coffee maker or toaster.」
