Great Stay!

Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant stayed for a week. There was plenty of space for all of us. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Great location for what we wanted to do. Near hiking trails, beaches, and various towns. About 30 minutes out of Traverse, which was fine for us. It was quiet and the people you met there were friendly. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip!

Bike trip

The size of the property fit us but that’s where it ends. The garbage cans were full. Tile caulk in shower was black. Windows have not been cleaned in a long time. Called the property management twice to come in regards to a broken lock on sliding glass door but no one called back and no one came to fix it.

Great home base for 11 women cyclists

Plenty of room for 11 women looking to cycle roads and trails. Roads, trails, wineries, quaint towns with shopping, beautiful vistas. Pool was a plus. Manager actually overcommunicated. Responded quickly to questions. Plenty of parking for a big group. Walk up hill behind condo for a beautiful sunset.

Super fun getaway with friends

Good spot

Overall clean. Some beds cud be more comfortable, the kitchen cabinets need knobs or handles. They were very responsive to our hot water issue we had at the start. Pretty setting and fair amount of room to move around inside.

Outlets in two bathrooms did not work, one bathroom didn't even have an outlet. Dishes and dishwasher had a film over everything, glasses, dishes and coffee cups were not clean.

Very good

Really enjoyed our stay! Pluses were bathrooms for everyone. Really no negatives except the no electricity in master bathroom. Would recommend putting hardware on kitchen cub boards, difficult to open, could cause some frustration & eventual damage. Overall very happy Thanks!

Nice 4 bedroom condo

Nice condo. Only negative is no bathroom on the main floor. If there are senior citizens in your group who can’t do stairs easily, I would stay at a hotel.

Perfect for a family getaway

The condo is beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds. Nice location close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, and only 30 minutes from Traverse City. We would love to stay again!

Multiple Family Stay

Perfect size for multiple families. Stayed with my in-laws, wife & daughter, plus my wife's brother and his kids. Plenty of room for all of us. Remodel looks great, new carpet throughout. My wife's uncle lives in Leelanau, so the party that brought us up was 5 minutes from the condo, making it a perfect location. The closed ski lodge next door is a bit of an eye sore, but that's not the owner's fault. My daughter and nieces enjoyed the pool and open area behind the condo to run around. I believe my brother in-law hiked up the mountain as well. If you need to be around Cedar or in the Leelanau Peninsula with a large group, this is as good of an option that your gonna find.

Needs a few simple improvements

A few improvements would have made this lovely. There is a light over the dining room table that does not put out enough light. We had to move over a lamp and set it on the table just to see. The bedside lamp in the king bed room upstairs wasn't plugged in and could not be. The place was clean enough, but a little dated. The abandoned ski lodge with broken windows and graffiti was certainly not welcoming.

You get what you pay for

This was a good place to stay within our price point. Many spots for small repairs and overall ambiance. Kitchen needs better utensils and organization. Why not invest in a water softener?! And provide cleaning supplies. Felt like owners were definitely hands-off. Management property very nice to talk to, but need to check on units. And be available for ANY issue. A smoke detector battery kept going off in the unit next door...no one came to check.

Good but fell short

There is great SPACE as advertised. However, the kitchen is smaller than what it looks like in pics. The kitchen is equipped minimally. The silverware is unacceptable, very oxidized. We bought plastic ware to eat with. The coffee maker takes twenty minutes to make 8 cups of coffee (it's old). It's pretty obvious that the owners do not stay here regularly. Things are in disrepair. Loose handles on cabinets, carpets need cleaned. Chairs and table legs in dining room are very loose and wobbly. The dresser drawers in one room would not open and close properly. I'm just giving an honest review. I'm pretty easy to please.
