「The staff at The Poste Montane were very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed the quaint feeling of my room and how spacious it was. The lodge was not too big and was easy to navigate. The entrance to Park Hyatt where the other amenities are was right across from the lodge. I was worried about the lack of A/C but found the temperatures just fine even for mid July. I opened the windows in the evenings and could hear the bustle of the square below. I would stay again in a heart beat.」

「Perfect location」

「The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.」

「its a lovely hotel right by the creek. The only negative was that there is way too much bedding on the beds. everything else was beautiful」

「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」

「This hotel is located right next to the highway so you do hear cars all nights. They were completely booked when we got there so there were a lot of people there. After a long day or traveling, there was no hot shower. Talk to the hotel staff they said they were working on it. Still no hot water the next morning. Staff said sorry we are working on it and that’s it! If you want quiet, comfortable bed and hot shower! DO NOT COME HERE !」

「The greeting staff did not provide good instructions on where to park and so I ended up in private parking at a much higher cost. They said Vail has no mosquitos except at the river, and I trusted them only to get bit quite a bit the first night. The rooms do not come with any nightlights so you basically have to leave the bright bathroom light on all night. Many seniors go several times a night. The pillows were extremely fluffy and they could not provide anything thinner. Would not recommend...
