"Power was out the entire night and at 6 am the fire alarms woke me up startled after already struggling to sleep in a hotel with no power. I’d ask for partial refund if it were possible."

"The rooms were very clean and updated, even smelled new. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. (Online does say weekend breakfast is until 11am, but it’s actually 10). Our kids loved the pool, it was warm enough that you weren’t freezing getting out. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The only downfall I would say is the walls are thin so we got woke up about 330am from someone above us stomping around, but this is at almost every hotel, so I would still give 5 stars. "

"Was not able to use any of their facilities. No power No wifi No lights No tv No hot shower It was the worst night of my life. Also told we can’t park you for 8 days as you will need to go someone else. "

"Air conditioner was beyond dirty… growing mold in room 329 and old food in the vents "

"The first room we were in had an awful smell so we switched to another room that was much better. The room was spacious and clean for the most part. The walls and lampshades could use some dusting though. They had good heating that was adjustable in the room. The hotel lobby and hall area could certainly use an upgrade. We were only there for one night, so the room served its purpose. The front desk person was great and accommodating. "

"For it’s price point, remarkably clean and the beds are quite comfortable… the kind with lots of pillows. Breakfast is good, and there’s coffee, tea and fresh fruit available 24 hours. Shuttle is reliable and parking lot is well lit. Second visit for me… and I will stay again soon. "
