“Nice hotel”

“Good points; parking was close by, hotel is part of a mall so a lot of restaurants to choose between and lots of coffee shops, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was well worth the price and lobby is very nice. Rooms were clean. Beds were not comfortable, pillows had no density to them and mattress were hard.”

“I had no instructions on how to get in. There was no staff. Says first floor but 36 stairs to the rooms no lift with luggage is tough. No fridge in room. Across the street from a church converted into a pub where people were yelling constantly until 4 am. And parking garage was almost a mile away at 24 pounds a night. No fan or any type of air circulation in the room.”

“I loved everything. Phantastic value for money in a big city that does not have Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostels. Of course this is not a 4 star hotel! With the start of check-in, there is a receptionist that hands out the key. So everything cool. The only thing that irritated me, was that the telephone number on the booking form did not work. I had to write an email and request the telephone number which I got immediately. It is a mobile number. Apart from that ... 100% recommendation. P.S.……

“verything was just right with the room and service, except disturbing noise for the band performance from the bar till 12:30 midnight .It was a very popular bar down down stairs wih crowds till then. cannot sleep before that.”
