"I enjoyed the pool area "

"I been to so many resorts in Cancun this by far was not the greatest overall amenities for kids is great but the staff was not the friendliest, also by the pool area they don't come to clean often and birds come by and start grabbing the food, the beach was very brown and the smell outside was very strong like sewage. While in the buffet we encounter at least 3 cooks who were very rude by the south side pizza station not polite at all and the bartender by the italian restaurant ignoring us constantly but if you wanna just enjoy kids ameneties its a must just dont expect a great service here. also if your coming pls book restaurant reservations before coming to the resort like 3 weeks prior so you can have a good timing otherwise you will have dinner at 9.45 pm NO JOKe "

"The food was cold we couldn't try the restaurants because we didn't know we needed to book ahead of time. We had to keep asking for washcloths and towels the activities were okay nothing exciting. Some of the staff members were great some were rude or acted as if they didn't care mostly the front staff. "

"They did not make the bed or clean the room Everyday , They did once I asked them too … out of 5 days only made the bed and cleaned the room once . Staff was amazing though food is what you get with an all inclusive . "
