「I loved the peacefullness of the rainforest. The staff was amazing. The only thing that was not great was the food. They should specials on everyday of the week. I asked for eggs over medium and I got hard eggs. The steak tacos had no flavor and the steak was hard. The only good thing that we ate was the skirt steak with mash and they can put more mash on the plate.」

「Well my daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. From the beginning of our arrival we were welcomed! Loved our time there. The entire staff are super friendly and kind. We especially loved getting to know Fiona and her family. We enjoyed all the meals they prepared for us. Thank you guys for a wonderful place to be☆」

「The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!」

「Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. 」

「The view was amazing and staff were very friendly. I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C, so things were hot the first night (reception closed at 8:00), but they were able to get me another fan the second night l, which made things better. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay which included access to a local swimming hole which was very refreshing. The restaurant was the most expensive meal we had in Costa Rica and to be honest, the food was not bad, but not good. Definitely...

「There are not many options in this areas. The room was pretty small but OK. The pool was OK but is small too for such a large lodge. Although we were told not to use the towels of the room because there are towels at the pool - there were no towels refilled. No problem for us but not the service promised. The restaurant prices looked OK - however, we decided to drive to the little village nearby. Breakfast in the hotel was definetely too expensive. It is OK to stay here but if we would come back...

「Beautiful lodge, quite private despite it's right in front of Mistico hanging bridges. Staff was very helpful with anything that was needed. Also amazing views, got lucky to see some wild animals and volcano.」
