「We originally had book another hotel which turned out very sketchy. We immediately booked this hotel and it was nice. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.」

「The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!」

「For what they charge not bad but definitely not great as the hotel need updating, it not dirty , however, it can appear as though due desperately needing updating. Now, with that said the hotel is right next to the Mayo Clinic, they have a restaurant right on the property and serves a multitude of different offerings which most people appreciate and they serve alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails and the usual fountain drinks.
