「Clean room, friendly staff, we enjoyed the night swimming and the jacuzzi outdoor and we watched the full moon. Beautiful surrounding!」

「The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!」

「The pool areas were nice—very calm, quiet, and relaxing. The property itself is quite large, and from what we could see, it seems like it may be challenging to maintain all areas consistently. Once we walked beyond the pool areas, some parts of the property appeared less well-kept, and it looked like there may be ongoing remodeling or updates. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
