"The staff was not at all friendly or helpful. Rather than opening the door for me when my hands were full they walked away. The room was just ok. The bed pillows were overdue for replacement. They were flat and old. The room was clean. The door did not close easily. The location is great and close to downtown and north Austin but being close to campus also meant the nights were a little noisy."
