“Yes the place was clean and tidy, it was a lovely little 1 bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking the lovely pool and Spa it also had a sauna which we didn’t use the only thing I didn’t like was that it was on the first floor and I had trouble with those I had two bad falls while there but would stay there again as long as we had a ground floor unit.”

“The beachfront position of this unit is superb. It is a short, flat walk along the sand south to the surf club bistro & other beach view cafes and north to Avoca beach shops & eateries. The unit itself is compact (unit sleeps 6 but we could only fit 4 on the lounge). The description is accurate. There is no air con but there are fans. There are 5 units in the complex (two beachfront side by side with the other 3 behind) and the front porch and grassy area that leads to the beach are common……
