“I didn’t like that designated smoking area’s were like being pushed way off the premises, if you’re outside by a ashtray it shouldn’t matter where you smoke, the property is very nice and I will return they should have complimentary breakfast though ”

“Danielle and Annie were both very welcoming and friendly when we checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient to visit the Villages by car or bicycle. Breakfast was was great with lots of options and a very attentive gentleman keeping it clean and well stocked. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely use it again when I'm in the area.”

“We were there for my father’s celebration of life! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One of our reasons for picking the hotel was the pool and its proximity to the Hawthorne Community, where he had lived! The service from hotel staff was friendly and efficient! The breakfast had a good choice of food to choose from that my picky eater found something she liked and enjoyed! The room was clean and comfortable the lobby was clean and comfortable area! All staff we encountered were friendly and kind!”

“Decent place to stay. It’s furnished but little else. No frills. It’s on the water but you can only see the water from master bedroom window. We were hardly there so it served our purpose as an alternative to two hotel rooms for friends. Overflow parking and the HVAC unit is right outside second bedroom window.”

“Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen.”

“We were lucky enough to find this gem of a place very last minute when our original place to stay fell through 4 days before our trip! We were visiting the villages to visit with family. The golf cart was a huge convenience in staying here. We took it almost everywhere! Spanish springs square is so convenient to this home and lake Sumter isn’t far at all either!
